Illumina Arrays

The centre has the latest Illumina HiScan system enabling all current Illumina bead array formats to be run. The Illumina system is operated as fee-for-service only.

Illumina arrays are available for a range of applications including genotyping and methylation analysis. The plexing of multiple arrays on a single substrate can make Illumina arrays a cost effective platform for larger projects.
